To activate, simply soak the collar piece for 15-30 minutes prior to use. The micro-beads sewn into the collar, (unnoticeable when not activated), will swell to gel form and provide extremely effective cooling through evaporation. To heat, warm in microwave for 20 seconds after soaking. Pre-made options close with velcro and have no front buttonhole. Can customize: size, closure (snap/velcro), buttonhole, materials and colors
